Hi to Toki's Christmas Course 🎅🏻´-
I finally made it while sightseeing in Fukuoka!
◻️Welcome Drink
◻️Rich Matcha Fondue
◻️Nama Chocolate Warabimochi
◻️Strawberry and Light Snow Sparkling Jelly
◻️Matcha Mousse Melted Daifuku
◻️Hand-Packed Monaka
◻️Two Types of Inari Sushi
◻️Salmon and Miso Tofu Canapés
◻️Japanese-Style Meatloaf
◻️Choose from Over 20 Types of Japanese Tea
First up, yuzu and mint iced tea!
It's topped with a generous amount of yuzu jam, which you can mix in. ✨Refreshing and delicious 🍊
Just as we finished our drinks, a Mino ware cone-shaped fir tree-shaped pottery dish, previously used by the owner of a Japanese restaurant, was brought out!
The skewered fruit and marshmallows 🍓 make quite a statement 🎄
Dipping them into the piping hot, rich matcha fondue sauce is irresistibly delicious 🤤
Then there's the fluffy and chewy matcha daifuku,
strawberry and light snow champagne jelly, chocolate warabi mochi, and hand-packed monaka sandwiches filled with koshian and apple butter! It's truly luxurious to enjoy so many Japanese sweets! 🫧
And since it was a course meal, there were also light snacks! 🍽
I enjoyed two types of inari (seaweed and yuzu) and beef shigureni (simmered beef), a beautifully layered Japanese-style meatloaf, and salmon and miso tofu canapés. ✨
I rarely eat inari, but this was so delicious I think I might get addicted! 🤍
And since they also serve Japanese tea, with over 20 varieties to choose from, I chose the roasted green tea with a whole princess apple. 🍎
I swirled it around with a cinnamon stick. ✨
Of course, you can eat the princess apple!
Thank you for the meal! 🙏
