🏖️Atmosphere/Facilities: The ocean view room directly faces the sea, offering a perfect view of Kota Kinabalu's famous sunset. There's a balcony where you can step out and take photos 📷—great for capturing beautiful shots. The room is clean, spacious, and well-organized. They even provide a welcome gift, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, the experience was satisfying, but one unpleasant incident occurred. Around 6 PM, while we were enjoying the sunset in the room, the door suddenly opened and quickly closed without any prior knocking or ringing. I caught a glimpse of the door opening and informed others, but couldn't see clearly if anyone had entered. Others shouted to ask who it was, and only then did we hear the doorbell ring again. Upon opening the door, two staff members asked if they could collect the trash. After we declined, the two staff left without apologizing and instead laughed as they walked away.
Although it might have been a misunderstanding, it was quite upsetting. Firstly, it was not during cleaning hours, and entering the room without prior notice or respecting the guests' privacy is unacceptable. If we hadn't been in the room, we wouldn't have known if anything had been touched or moved.
