You're absolutely right! I stayed at the Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu for my May Day holiday, and it was so good, I barely wanted to leave!

I booked a sea-view suite for just over 1400 MYR, which felt incredibly good value compared to holiday prices back home. When I checked in, I even got a free upgrade to a larger Premium Suite – it was over 100 square meters! I immediately canceled all my afternoon plans just to relax in the room.

The hotel's location is fantastic too. It's within walking distance of Gaya Street, Jesselton Point, and the duty-free shop. Suria Sabah Shopping Mall is right opposite, making it super convenient for food, entertainment, island hopping, and even sea fishing.

I honestly didn't want to leave. It was just too comfortable!
