Sabah Travel Itinerary

Day 1
6:00 AM - Flight to Kota Kinabalu (KK)
8:50 AM - Arrive in KK
9:00 AM - Pick up rental car and head straight to KK
On the way to Kundasang:
- Stop by Tamparuli Bridge
- Visit Pekan Nabalu
- Have lunch at Selera Kebun Restaurant
- Check-in at H Benjamin Hotel
All these places are along the same route to the hotel.
In the afternoon, after resting, we went out just a bit to take photos with Mount Kinabalu as the background.
**Reminder: The road to the hotel near Mesilou is quite steep.
**If you want to buy food in Kundasang town, like roasted chicken, it’s better to buy it before checking in because it’s far to go out again after checking in.

Day 2
4:47 AM - Morning prayer
5:30 AM - We headed to Sosodikan Hill. It’s on the same route as the hotel, so it takes about 15 minutes to get there.
Breakfast at the hotel
Check-out
Drive to Desa Dairy Farm, which is also along the same route from the hotel.
Stop by Anooh Cafe. We relaxed here, had coffee, and enjoyed the view. Since we were still full from breakfast, we didn’t eat much, just coffee and pastries. If you want to eat, there’s a viral tomyam shop in front of Anooh Cafe.
On the way back to KK, we searched for Pulompong Campsite. The place has a beautiful river. Just a heads-up, it takes about 30-45 minutes to get there. We hung out there, didn’t swim, just played in the water. You can swim if you want.

Head back to KK

Check-in at C’haya Hotel
In the evening, we went out a bit early, around 4-5 PM, because there’s traffic on the way to watch the sunset at Tanjung Aru.
At night, we went shopping for some items.
Seafood dinner at Todak Waterfront.

Day 3
We went to the islands. If you want to visit, search for local agents to arrange island trips. There are many activities. If you want to do sea walking, you can’t return the same day; you’ll need to stay overnight.

4:50 PM - Flight back to Penang.
