Railay Beach is not an island. It is located next to the mainland in Ao Nang Subdistrict, Krabi. Railay Beach is surrounded by limestone mountains. Therefore, the road cannot be accessed. You have to use a boat only. Railay Beach has a beautiful view of limestone cliffs, emerald sea water and white sandy beach.

Railay Beach has 2 sides: the east side is the dock. There is no beach. Mostly sandy mud and mangrove forests. The west side has a long sandy beach. It is a parking area for long-tail boats coming from Ao Nang during the day. In the evening, it is suitable for walking, swimming in the sea. There are restaurants and bars to chill. It is a place where the sunset is very beautiful.

How to get there: Get off at the pier at Ao Nang or Ao Nam Mao. The price is 50฿. It takes 10-15 minutes to arrive at Railay Beach.
