Most of the restaurants on Koh Lanta are Western restaurants. The one I found was this southern restaurant. The food was so spicy that the owner warned me before ordering that spicy is spicy and you can't order it less spicy. 🔥

So I tried to order a menu that balanced the spiciness. The sour curry was really spicy. It made my stomach hurt.
My favorite was the fried fish with fish sauce. The fish was very fresh.
The morning glory was good.
The crispy three-spice salad and the stewed pork were just so-so. I think it would be better to order seafood instead.
