【Thailand】PODA ISLAND: Limestone Giants, Small Pavilion, Ideal for 2024 Songkran Visitors

PODA ISLAND is easily recognizable with its familiar shape, as many similar sights can be seen in the verdant rainforests of the Krabi nature reserve. However, it's quite rare to see such a large boulder emerging from the vast ocean. The hills along the island's coast are extensions of limestone, forming steep cliffs. The erosion by the waves may create caves, and the beach is home to unique 'dwarf trees'. Surprisingly, there are a few red flowers, and the island's only small pavilion sells a few beverages. This 'SHOP' is probably set up only because there are tourists.
