A new bakery that symbolizes Busan has opened near Busan Station. Just as Seongsimdang is in Daejeon, Busan's is Busandang.
They offer a wide variety of breads, each inspired by Busan's signature dishes. I found it interesting that they've created breads inspired by iconic Busan dishes, like pork soup croquettes, bibim dangmyeon bread, and mackerel burgers. The prices are reasonable, and it's within walking distance of Busan Station. If you're visiting Busan, I highly recommend "Busandang."
