Thean Hou Temple or the Temple of the Goddess of Mercy, a Chinese deity who is believed to protect fishermen. This temple is one of the oldest and largest temples in Southeast Asia.

At Thean Hou Temple, there are interesting activities such as teaching martial arts such as Qigong, Tai Chi and Wushu, as well as fortune telling services. During important festivals such as the birthday of the Goddess of Mercy, the Moon Festival or Chinese New Year, Thean Hou Temple will hold celebrations and performances.
