A cozy cafe established in a homey bungalow in the heart of KL

This place was formerly RAW, open in Wisma Equity. It was probably the first real gourmet gourmet-coffee shop in KL when third wave coffee came into Malaysia.

Then something’s up (little secret), and they relocated to a bungalow in Jalan Damai under the name of RGB. There are multiple sections of dining areas in the cafe, which also includes a garden. Honestly speaking, the decor is a lil too down-to-earth to a point that I found it not classy enough, but for someone who prefers a homey setting, this would be a perfect place.

As for the coffee, sadly, it has lost its standing as the best of the best that it earned as RAW. But it’s still a good cup of balanced, full bodied flat white most of the time. And they have quite a few parking lots in the compound, which is convenient.
