A place that matcha+soft shell crab lover failed to resist

Wizards at Tribeca, nestled in KL’s Residensi Tribeca, is a stylish spot that elevates casual dining.

It was known for its Melbourne-inspired brunch and award-winning coffee, but I knew it for its matcha ravioli and soft shell crab bun, both of which were kinda unthinkable of a culinary idea to many back then.

That said, I didn’t think the idea was put to reality successfully enough. The matcha flavor in pasta didn’t quite come through, it tasted merely like the cheesy carbonara sauce. As for the soft shell crab, the quality of the crab was undeniable, but I expected a lil more synergy between the ingredients. Now everything feels like simply put together.

But the vibe was impeccable. So sleek yet relaxed, with natural light and greenery enhancing the experience.
