More style than substance at pricey cafe

This spot had been saved on my Google Maps for a while, but its menu was about 40% more expensive than even upscale cafés, so I wasn’t too eager to try it—until my sister wanted to check it out as well.
The food mostly tasted okay, but that’s about it. Nothing stood out, and the ingredients or portion sizes sometimes felt lacking. I can see tourists from Europe or America, who are less price-conscious, enjoying it more, but for locals, similar or better quality can be found elsewhere.
The service didn’t help either. Two main floor staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu and spoke very little English. Plus, there was a pricing mistake on the menu that no one noticed until I pointed it out.
On the bright side, the ambiance is pleasant, and having four reserved parking spots is a major convenience for a KL restaurant, which I really appreciated.
