Fried aged beef ribs at PuTien

My friend is a loyal customer to Putien. One day he got to try out the new menu of aged beef rib, and got blown away. So he brought me over to have a try too.

It turned out it’s indeed pretty cool way of having aged beef. The concentrated beefy flavor aside, having a fried crust outside gave a variation to the chewy texture.

We also had some of their other signature dishes like rice vermicelli, which was full of wokhry and having interesting chewiness despite being so thin.

Overall, Putien being an international brand is quite reliable and enjoyable of a dining experience
