☕ ZUS Coffee @ Pavilion Bukit Jalil – Good Coffee, But the Vibes Were Off

Dropped by ZUS Coffee at Pavilion Bukit Jalil for a quick caffeine fix, but the experience was a bit of a letdown. The coffee itself was decent — smooth and strong, just the way I like it — but the service really missed the mark.

The staff behind the counter looked like they were having a rough day. No smiles, no eye contact, just a kind of uninterested vibe throughout. Felt like I was bothering them just by ordering, which took away from what should’ve been a chill coffee break.

The café had some indoor seating, enough for a short sit-down, but it’s not a big space. More of a grab-and-go kind of spot than one you’d want to hang out at.

If you’re just after the coffee, it’ll do the job. But if you’re hoping for warm service or a cozy atmosphere to unwind in, this might not be the one.
