Staying at Hyatt Place Bukit Jalil, one of the best conveniences was having a Starbucks Reserve right at Level 1. Literally just a few steps from the lift — it became my go-to every single morning without fail.

The team there were consistently friendly and professional. They remembered my order after a couple of visits, which added a nice personal touch to the routine. Always greeted with a smile and efficient service, even during the morning rush.

The space is great too — lots of seats and tables, perfect for both lounging or getting some quick work done. It’s bright, modern, and never felt too cramped. Whether I was grabbing a takeaway before heading out, or sipping my coffee slowly before the day started, it was a reliable, pleasant spot to start my mornings.
