The location is excellent as it is right in front of KL Sentral Station. It was very convenient to travel from the airport by train, and the check-in process was quick.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was spacious and tidy. The swimming pool had a resort-like atmosphere in the middle of the city, making it a great spot for a short break. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ranging from local dishes to Western cuisine, which was quite satisfying.

Overall, the facilities and services were stable for the price, and the convenient transportation makes it a great choice for a first stay in Kuala Lumpur.
