☕ Bliss Babe Cafe • Palimbayan Review

A hidden natural oasis in the city, Bliss Babe Cafe @ Palimbayan was truly a haven of healing. Nestled within a lush forest, it felt completely secluded from the bustle of the city. Just like on Instagram, the Balinese-style swing and charming interior were captivating, and the photos were perfect. 

Their signature drink, above all else, is their collagen drinks! I tried the Glowcha Kombucha, and it felt like I was taking care of my skin while drinking it. The popping collagen pearls were a delight.  And the BBQ Fireside Feast—nachos and s'mores served by the fire—was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The menu also offered a variety of delights, including the Supreme Brunch croissant and Nasi Kerabu. 

Not only the drinks, but the all-day brunch was also excellent. The Supreme Brunch, served with croissants, and the Beef Brisket Egg & Cheese Bagel were meticulously prepared, and the shaved ice for dessert was especially memorable, with its refreshing fruity flavor. 

The service was also impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the outdoor seating area was equipped with portable fans, allowing us to enjoy our time comfortably without worrying about the heat. 

From skin care to a delicious brunch and visual healing in a garden in the heart of the city—Bliss Babe Cafe is a cafe that satisfies nature, health, and the senses.
