Upscale hotel vibe with very complete facilities that you could have demanded. Once you arrived at the hotel, hotel reception will manage your check in with you seated on the sofa instead of the usual stand-and-queue. We booked the Grand Studio with Twin Tower View, the room was spacious and clean. We asked hotel for a birthday setup and they decorated the room with balloons and served us a slice of complimentary cake. Most amenities are provided like wine glasses, basic kitchen utensils, and drinks in the mini bar are completely FOC. We were impressed by the smart curtains too! overall a very satisfying luxury stay in KL.

Highlights -
They have one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve tasted. The food selection was amazing, and taste was good! especially the pastries and jam selections. impressive! The package we bought also included early checkin (8am) + late checkout (8pm), and a RM50 complimentary food voucher.
