Pullman Kuching

I recently had the chance to stay at the renowned Pullman Hotel in Kuching, and while the overall experience was commendable, there were a few aspects that could benefit from improvement. Upon arrival, I noticed a crowded check-in line, possibly due to it being a busy hour. While this is understandable, it did not live up to the seamless and efficient check-in experience one would expect from a 5-star hotel.

Moving on to the room itself, I must say that it was impressively spacious, offering stunning views of the vibrant Kuching city center. I had booked a Superior King room and was delighted to be allocated a room on the 22nd floor. The expansive size of the room provided a comfortable and relaxing environment.
