We love heading to the Spring Oktoberfest celebration, where there's an impressive variety of food and beers to enjoy. One of our top recommendations is the locally brewed craft beer from Kuching, which boasts a refreshing array of fruity notes and aromatic flavors that perfectly suit the festive vibe. And, of course, no Oktoberfest experience in Kuching would be complete without trying tuak,a traditional rice wine made by the indigenous communities of Sarawak. This unique drink is often enjoyed during celebrations and has a sweet, fruity taste with a mild alcoholic kick. The apple tusk is my personal favorite, adding a crisp twist to this regional classic.
