Recommended accommodation in Kyushu | Richmond Hotel Kumamoto Shinshigai, within walking distance to the station/shopping district/Kumamoto Castle, super convenient

Kumamoto is one of the must-visit cities when traveling in Kyushu. It only takes half an hour to take the Shinkansen from Hakata to Kumamoto Station (free ride with the North/All Kyushu JR PASS)
However, the bustling Shinshi Street is not near JR Kumamoto Station but next to the Kumamoto Bus Terminal. It takes about 15 minutes to transfer to the light rail from the JR station to "Karashima Town". Please pay more attention when booking a room⚠️

Because I took the bus from Hakata to Kumamoto, and then took the bus to Takachiho when I left, so the hotel on Shinshi Street was my first choice👏

Kumamoto Richmond is only a 5-minute walk from the transfer station/light rail station, and nearby food/shopping/attractions are very convenient!

I booked a Standard Double Room
The amenities are very special and you will be provided with choices when checking in, including makeup remover/facial cleanser/lotion/toner/facial mask/alcohol tablets, which is very suitable for girls to stay!
But I don't know how to catch the quantity, 2 girls were given 3 masks in 2 nights😳
The space is 17 square meters, which is quite comfortable for two people to live in.
26+18 inch luggage can be opened at the same time and there is space for walking

Overall, I am very satisfied with the accommodation experience in Richmond. The transportation is also convenient. I recommend it to friends who plan to travel to Kumamoto👍🏻
