🏯Kumamoto Castle, one of Japan's three most famous castles, boasts centuries of history.

After suffering the 2016 earthquake, Kumamoto Castle underwent restoration in 2021, allowing visitors to enjoy its majestic appearance once again. Even today, in 2023, the damage from the earthquake can still be seen.

🏯The six-story castle, narrow at the top and wide at the bottom, showcases the history and origins of the famous castle. Furthermore, the breathtaking view from the top of the castle tower is a must-see. From this vantage point, you can admire the panoramic view of Kumamoto.

🚎🚎How to Get There: The most convenient way is to take the Kumamoto City Tram and get off at the Kumamoto Castle/Shiyakusho-mae stop. It's a 7-minute walk to the entrance of Sakura-no-Babajo Castle Garden, and a 5-minute walk to the castle ticket office.💰
