Kumamoto-Torpedo Ramen

There are two fish ramen restaurants in Kumamoto, this time I ate the red signature one~

The shop has rich salmon broth and pork bone broth
Ordered the signature 2nd place torpedo ramen (first place was the spicy version).
The soup is very rich, with a full flavour of salmon
Not so salty that you can take a few sips of soup
It will also come with salmon powder to dip into the soup
Char siu is a char siu that has been grilled and has a good taste
The noodles are very soft and delicious!

Overall I think it's ramen that I would normally want to eat
The salmon soup is also relatively refreshing and long-lasting
There are also vending machines outside the shop selling ramen cooking packets to take home and cook!
It is about a 10-minute walk from the main shopping street of Kumamoto
