Sosodikon Hill is a small, easy-to-hike hill offering 360° panoramic views of Kundasang Valley and, on a clear day, Mount Kinabalu. It’s especially popular for sunrise lovers, photographers, and families.

The name “Sosodikon” comes from the Dusun word “sodik”, meaning a traditional animal trap. The area was once used for hunting wild birds and deer.

📸 Best Time to Visit
• 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM (for sunrise and clear views of Mount Kinabalu)
• After 9:00 AM, clouds often block the view
• Sunset is also beautiful but less predictable
