Guangdong has such a hidden gem, truly rare. It's my first time hearing that Xinyi has Tiger Leaping Gorge, which combines the beauty of Guilin's landscapes with rural charm, making it a perfect place to relax. The cliffs on both sides of the Huanghua River are as sharp as if carved by a knife, with rippling green waves reflecting the lush peaks. Sailing through the canyon feels like moving through a traditional Chinese ink painting, with green bamboo forests on both sides and birdsong breaking the mountain silence. The boat docks at Liuxia Village, and a turn on the small path leads you into an artistic village. Here, ancient and modern blend together, featuring rural textures infused with modern aesthetics. The best part is that every courtyard hides clever touches; when sparse light and shadow fall on the café walls, isn’t this a lively, breezy little courtyard?

📍Accommodation recommendation: Tiger Leaping Gorge Art Museum Hotel, where opening the window reveals a three-dimensional landscape painting of layered mountains. The rooftop infinity pool and Omo Café are great spots for sightseeing.
