Tinglin Park

Tinglin Park is located in the northwest corner of Kunshan City, a water town in Jiangnan. The park is surrounded by green mountains and clear waters, with natural scenery and winding streams. It is known as "the most beautiful mountain in Jiangdong." The garden expert Chen Congzhou praised it as "the best garden in Jiangnan, with two-thirds of the spring scenery in Yufeng." The park is home to many ancient trees and famous plants, surrounded by winding streams, with strange peaks and rocks in the mountains, and numerous historical sites and cultural landscapes. It is said to have seventy-two scenic spots and has been a popular tourist destination for centuries. In addition to its beautiful natural scenery and legendary cultural landscapes, Tinglin Park is also home to the "Three Treasures of Yufeng": Kun Stone, Qiong Flower, and Twin Lotus.
A poem reads:
In the depths of the lake and mountains, the summer light melts, and the jade stands tall with green shadows.
The green cover shakes the waves, and the pearls pour out the dew, while the red lotus reflects the water, and the brocade turns in the wind.
A few branches of fragrance drift far beyond the green reeds, and a piece of coolness rises in the blue mist.
Why bother to take a boat to pick lotus, when you can lean on the railing in the palace of the pistil and pearl.
