A while ago, I visited Qiandeng Ancient Town in Suzhou, Kunshan, a place with over 2,500 years of history. Known as the hometown of Gu Yanwu and the birthplace of Kunqu Opera, it offered a rich cultural experience.

I explored the serene Qiandeng Temple, enjoyed the charming Qiandeng Ancient Street with its Ming and Qing dynasty buildings, and strolled through Baiyangwan Wetland Park, filled with blooming lotus flowers and perfect for photography.

Free entry and the all-day opening hours made it easy to explore. The historical charm and cultural beauty of Qiandeng Ancient Town left a lasting impression. I highly recommend a visit to experience its unique atmosphere.
