This is the most popular restaurant in the Bikan District. I went there around 3:30 PM, but there was already a dinner waiting list. But I was able to write my name down third.

I ordered the second 160g
Donkatsu+Rice+Jangguk set
I was worried because I wanted to try the hamburger
but I didn't think I could eat it all
so I only ordered the famous Demi-Glace Donkatsu! The meat inside the tonkatsu is thick and soft
and the demi-glace sauce is on it
so I thought the batter would be soggy
but it was surprisingly crispy -
the meat is really moist
and the batter is super crispy
because it has sauce on it🙏
but after eating half of it
the batter got a little wet
and it felt a little greasy
if you eat it with rice and soup
it's also a delicacy in its own right
when you're feeling greasy, if you eat it with soup
it goes really well and it takes away a lot of the greasy feeling!
make sure to order soup too!
I wondered how great it was
why people waited in line like this
but it was a little understandable ㅋㅋ
