[Okayama] A restaurant where you can eat Kojima udon made with carefully selected ingredients and broth

While traveling to Kurashiki, I was looking for a place to try "Kojima udon," and I really wanted to try their meat udon, so I came here.

✤ Meat Udon
✤ Large Meat Udon (2 bowls)
✤ Salmon Rice Ball

Their meat is sourced daily from a butcher, and is never frozen.
They use rump meat, not belly! ⁡
Apparently, the broth is made with extra-large bonito broth.

The rice balls were quite large, which surprised me, lol.
The pickles were also delicious, and I ate them all in one go. 🍙

It was delicious.
The tempura seems to be popular, and I'd love to try the beef bowl made with this meat. ︎☺︎

I also had a lot to talk about udon with the chef.

This is a restaurant I'd love to visit again.
