Every time I come to Japan, the first task is of course to find food🤩

I heard that pork ramen is the originator of Kurume (must try ✌🏻)
😋It just happened to coincide with their 11th anniversary🎉 This is Japan's Kurume Ichiban Street in Fukuoka, there is a very characteristic ramen shop called Menshi (麺志), only a step away from West Railway Kurume Station, less than a minute to walk, very convenient.

🍜 Menshi ramen shop profile
- The shop is decorated in Okinawa style, the atmosphere is relaxed and warm, perfect for enjoying ramen alone or gathering with friends.
- They use homemade noodles from Fukuoka Prefecture, "ラーMai", and serve with a rich broth made from 100% tonkotsu, which is rich but not too greasy.

🥢Signature Char Siu Pork Ramen🍜
- Ramen is divided into two series: "Ramen Road" is light and nostalgic; "Ramen Chi" is heavy flavor, back fat with garlic paste, enough impact.
- The char siu is thick and seasoned, with rich broth and bouncy noodles, you can't stop eating one bite after another.
- There is also a deluxe version of "GTO Special Ramen", with five large slices of grilled char siu and the whole store's ingredients, a bowl of super satisfying.
(1250円)
🥟 Dumpling recommendation
- Menshi's dumplings are not to be missed, crispy crust, full filling, five pieces a portion, the price is affordable 400 yen.
- Can be added with beer or shochu to become a supper set, perfect for a relaxing meal at night.
