A friend recommended a place called "Wagyu Donburi" located in Shing Yip Industrial Building, Kwun Tong. They specialize in handcrafted Wagyu hamburger steak rice bowls, which are very popular and highly rated. So, I decided to visit Kwun Tong today and give it a try. 😋

The presentation is mouthwatering, with a layered arrangement starting from the bottom with sauce, Japanese rice, Wagyu hamburger steak stuffed with molten cheese, mustard pickles, grated radish, Japanese egg yolk, and red pepper strips. The hamburger steak is tender and juicy, with the cheese melting into the rice. Paired with the flavorful and sweet burger sauce, it’s absolutely delicious. The mustard pickles and grated radish balance out the richness, and the runny egg yolk adds an extra layer of flavor.
