This plan starts from Kyoto Station and ends at Kyoto Station
If you are coming from Osaka And return to Osaka within 1 day, you can travel

Buy a Kyoto City Bus 1 Day Pass at Bus Info (opens around 7:30)

8:30 Take the train at Kyoto Station (JR Nara Line Local for JOYO) --> Get off at INARI Station

8:45-9:45 Fushimi Inari Taisha 伏見稲荷大社 or Red Pillar Temple

10:00-11:30 Nezameya 祢ざめ家 (opens at 10:00) Eel rice

11:50 Take the train at Inari Station (JR Nara Line Local for KYOTO) --> Get off at KYOTO Station

12:00-13:00 Travel by Kyoto City Bus, queue for bus number 205 at zone B3 (or bus number 101 at stop B2)
From Kyoto Station, get off at Kinkakuji Michi stop (50 Minutes / Departs every 10 minutes)
When you get off the bus, walk 50 meters into the road and cross the road to the opposite side. There will be a path to Kinkakuji Temple. Walk for about 100 meters and you will find the ticket booth.

13.15-13.55 Kinkakuji Temple 金閣寺 or Golden Temple
Bell Tower --> Kyoko Pond --> Kinkakuji Temple Photo Spot --> Golden Pavilion --> Main Building --> Waterfall --> Shrine --> Souvenir Shop

14.10-14.30 On the way back, wait for bus number 204 or 205 --> (6 stops) and get off at Nishinokyo Enmachi [JR Enmachi] (10 minutes / every 10 minutes)
14.30-14.35 Walk to the Nishinokyo Enmachi [JR Enmachi] bus stop, number 202 (35 minutes / every 15 minutes)
14.35-15.25 Line 202 (18 stops) and get off at Kiyomizumichi
When you get off the bus stop, walk to the left. At the intersection, turn right and walk into the alley.
Yasaka Pagoda --> Stairs --> Kiyomizu-dera Temple --> Three-story pagoda --> Jishu Shrine --> Wooden terrace --> Otawa Falls --> Higashiyama area

15.40-17.30 Kiyomizu-dera Temple Kiyomizu-dera 清水寺 (Clear Water Temple)

17.35-18.00 On the way back, walk through Higashiyama area.
18.00 When you reach the main road Cross the road and you will see a bus stop. Take bus number 207 (4 stops) -->
Get off at Shijo Kawaramachi stop in Gion area
(10 minutes / bus every 10 minutes)

Free time shopping in Gion area

Return to Bus number 4 or 17 stop in front of Kyoto Marui department store

Or Shijo Station (Kyoto City Subway Karasuma Line for TAKEDA) > Get off at Kyoto Station
