[Kyoto Prefecture] Enjoy Arashiyama specialties from a spectacular observation deck!

As its name suggests, the Arashiyama-Takao Driveway is a 10.7km long driveway that connects Arashiyama and Takao. There are two gates, the "Arashiyama-Kiyotakiguchi Gate" near the Arashiyama area, and the "Takaoguchi Gate" near the Takao area, and you can either pass through or turn around. It is a toll road, so you pay at the entrance to enter. The parkway has a dog run, an amusement park, and an observation deck. Among them, the Hozukyo Observatory is the most popular spot on the parkway!
You can see the boats going down the Hozu River and the Sagano Trolley. There is a timetable that shows the passing times of the trolley, so I spent my time excitedly waiting for it to pass.
