I went to Niku Kappo Tomoyuri, a kappo restaurant that opened on May 10th in Kitashinchi, Osaka.

This kappo restaurant, run by owner-chef Mitsui Hidekazu, who is attentive to detail and particular about food, is a lively experience where you can enjoy it with all five senses. You can enjoy meat courses and a la carte dishes that bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients.

We enjoyed delicate dishes that were perfect not only in terms of the ingredients, but also in the cooking method and appearance. They said they wanted us to go home full, and the portions were larger than we expected. We were able to enjoy the artistic cuisine of chef-owner Mitsui Hidekazu, who learned Japanese cuisine at a ryokan and used his experience in hotels, restaurants, and kappo restaurants.
