Matsubara Street is a road connecting from the entrance of the main road to Kiyomizu Temple or Kiyomizu Temple. The road is at different levels and slopes down the hill.

Along the way, there are souvenir shops, souvenirs, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops. If you are hungry or want to sit and rest, you can stop by the shops along the way.

There are also kimono rental shops scattered at various points. There is a service to put on the clothes and do your hair. We don't have to prepare anything. But it is recommended to book in advance through the shop's website. Because if you walk in, the kimono here may run out.
