🇯🇵Kyomizu-dera Temple in Kyoto

During the November maple season light-up period,
I visited Kiyomizu-dera=Kiyomizu-ji Temple

You have to buy an entrance fee to Kiyomizu-dera Temple

Adults and high school students up to 400 yen
Elementary and middle school students 200 yen
Preschoolers are free!
And only cash is accepted~
(It may be different during the light-up period)

The November I went to was also a light-up period
But maybe because it was daytime, it was the same 400 yen!

November was the Kyoto maple light-up season
So I was looking forward to seeing the maple leaves, but maybe because it was late, there weren't many maple leaves

✨A tip for taking pictures in front of the red tower, the flower of Kiyomizu-ji Temple
Take aim at the back rather than the front!

The front is crowded with people taking pictures, but the back is quiet like this, so you can take pictures leisurely.
