The Xin Jiaxuan Memorial Shrine is located on the south bank of Daming Lake. Renovated in 1961 from the Li Hongzhang Shrine, it covers 1,400 square meters. The inscription "Xin Jiaxuan Memorial Shrine" on the door plaque was inscribed by Chen Yi. The couplet on the pillars in front of the hall, "Iron plates and copper lutes continue Su Dongpo's resounding song of 'The Great River Flows East,' while beautiful qin mourns for the millet, hoping the Southern Song Dynasty will not follow the wild geese flying south," was inscribed by Guo Moruo. Inside the shrine are a statue of Xin Qiji and various editions of his works.
