What a novel and strange 'Wishing Place'

Today, I visited Kiyomizu-dera Temple. As I was about to leave and catch the bus, I saw this wishing place. Suddenly, a wave of memories flashed through my mind. It felt like I had seen a similar place a long, long time ago, and the feeling was exactly the same as today. How could there be such a 'Wishing Place to Sever the Past and Forge a Better Future'? Unlike many years ago, today I actually took some time to walk inside and saw that people were writing down their pasts they wanted to leave behind and their hopes for the future on the wishing place's table. What sets this place apart from others is that 'all the wishing papers are white'. It really fits the purpose and is different from many other places where the wishing papers come in various colors. The white color truly matches the theme perfectly.
