Konchiin Temple is a Zen Buddhist temple is a sub temple of the Nanzenji Temple complex. western Japan. The temple was built in the early 15th century by Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimochi. This temple packs a lot to see in its compact space. Therefore, you can quietly enjoy its beauty and even spend time contemplating. Konchiin Temple is one of the finer small temples in the northern Higashiyama sightseeing district. The garden alone is worth the price of admission. where the distant view of the Higashiyama mountains is incorporated into the garden's landscape. It creates an illusion of a garden that feels much larger and more expensive than it actually is.
