Togetsukyo Bridge is located in Arashiyama, Kyoto Prefecture. It is a bridge across the Katsura River. The original Togetsukyo Bridge was an all wooden bridge. The current bridge model was built in 1934. It is 155 meters long and 12.2 meters wide. The base is made of reinforced concrete, but the railings are made of wood to maintain its original characteristics. It can be said that it is another important symbol of Arashiyama. both its long history and the beauty of the bridge with a superb backdrop, with tall mountains in the background and a river belo, with cherry trees lining both sides of the river, making it a famous traditional Japanese tourist attraction that offers visitors a variety of memorable experiences. It is also a bridge that has appeared and is considered one of the top 10 bridges in Japan.
