After visiting the magnificent Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, I was pleasantly surprised to find a super cute shop nearby - Giikawa MOGUMOGU Honpo. This store is themed after the popular Japanese character "Giikawa", and the exterior decoration incorporates Kyoto-style lanterns and walking lights to create a strong Japanese atmosphere.
When you walk into the store, you will see a variety of limited edition products, especially the Ji Kawaii doll that transforms into a fox shape. It is so cute that you can't help but want to take them all home. In addition, there are various cute peripheral products such as pendants, T-shirts and acrylic stands, each of which is full of Kyoto elements and makes people love it.
The decoration inside the store is also full of ingenuity. There is a check-in area on the second floor for taking photos with Jii Kawaii characters. The background is decorated very delicately, and the photos taken will definitely cause a heated response in the circle of friends. In addition, there are many details in the store waiting to be discovered, which make people feel the store owner's intentions.
It should be noted that although the store has two floors, the space is not large and you may need to queue to enter during popular hours. It is recommended to avoid going during peak hours so that you can have more time to choose the products you like.
All in all, Giikawa MOGUMOGU Honpo is definitely a check-in spot that cannot be missed for Giikawa fans and tourists who love cute things. Here, you can not only buy limited-edition peripheral products, but also experience the rich Kyoto style, adding an unforgettable memory to your journey.
