Discover Kyoto Garden of Fine Arts for Just 200 Yen!

Did you know? There's a place where you can enjoy Ando architecture and famous artworks for just 200 yen. It's called the "Kyoto Garden of Fine Arts".

I visited here for the first time in about five years!

Honestly... The Ando architecture, the layout, and the artworks are all so amazing, yet the admission fee is only 200 yen, and there are hardly any visitors! 😂

I went after visiting the Monet exhibition, and the contrast was just... wow. 😂

Still, it was great to be able to enjoy everything comfortably and at a relaxed pace. Maybe it's a bit busier on weekends? I've started seeing it mentioned on social media too!

Artworks you can see here 👇 (from the official website, though there are more not listed here):
✔️ Monet "Water Lilies, Morning"
✔️ Toba Sojo "Scrolls of Frolicking Animals and Humans"
✔️ Michelangelo "The Last Judgment"
✔️ Leonardo da Vinci "The Last Supper"
✔️ Zhang Zeduan "Along the River During the Qingming Festival" (Taiwan)
✔️ Seurat "A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte"
✔️ Renoir "On the Terrace"
✔️ Van Gogh "Cypresses and Starry Night"

Wait, wait, wait—can you really see all of these for just 200 yen?! It's practically free... or even a bonus (???)

It's super accessible too, just a short walk from Kyoto City Subway's Kitayama Station 🚃. If you're visiting Kyoto, definitely check it out! 🖼️
