Bread, Espresso and Arashiyama Garden "Espresso to" is a hideaway cafe where you can enjoy sweets in a quaint old house with a thatched roof. 🌿
You can relax and drink coffee while looking at the garden. ✨
📍Location: 45-15, Maminobaba-cho, Sagatenryuji, Ukyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture
🚃Access: About 15 minutes on foot from JR "Saga Arashiyama Station"
🕐Opening hours: 8:00-17:00
🍰Recommended points:
• The Japanese garden seen from the veranda is like a painting. 🍁
• A wide selection of Kyoto-style sweets
• As it is a popular store, some menu items may be sold out depending on the time of day! I recommend visiting early ⏰
💬 Experience notes:
I was actually planning to order French toast, but unfortunately it was sold out...🥲
I ordered the "Anko Butter and Toast Set" instead, which was surprisingly delicious and very satisfying! The sweetness of the anko and the saltiness of the butter were exquisite, and it was more delicious than I expected!
Next time I'll try the French toast 😀
