Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kyoto

🛑 A trip to Kyoto wouldn't be complete without visiting the iconic Fushimi Inari Shrine, the home of the fox deity. Famous for its thousands of vibrant red torii gates often seen in photos, today I had the chance to experience it firsthand. At the entrance, a majestic fox statue stands as the shrine's significant symbol.
Walking through the gates, I was greeted by an endless array of red-orange torii gates stretching as far as the eye can see. Along the path, there are several smaller shrines scattered between the gates. This Shinto shrine is dedicated to the deity Inari, representing prosperity and harvest. I spent 2-3 hours exploring the shrine, enjoying the shaded paths and discovering unique spots perfect for capturing memorable photos.
If you're visiting Kyoto, this is an absolute must-see destination.
