🚃 Access: Take the city bus to "Gojo-zaka" or "Kiyomizu-michi" stop, then walk about 9–11 minutes.
From Keihan "Kiyomizu-Gojo Station," walk about 21 minutes; from Hankyu "Kawaramachi Station," walk about 28 minutes.
A UNESCO World Heritage Site under "Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto," Kiyomizu-dera is one of Kyoto's most iconic attractions. Located in Kyoto's Gion area, Yasaka Shrine is a historic site affectionately known as "Gion-san" by locals. As the head shrine of all Yasaka Shrines across Japan, it is believed to offer blessings for warding off evil and fostering relationships, attracting many visitors.

🚃 Access: Right by the city bus stop "Hakubutsukan Sanjusangen-do Mae."
About a 7-minute walk from Keihan "Shichijo Station" Exit 2.
This temple features a long hall lined with 1,000 statues of Kannon, each with unique faces and expressions. Finding your favorite statue is part of the fun. Inside, you can quietly offer prayers at the donation box in front of the statues. The serene garden surrounding the hall is also a beautiful and calming space.
