[Kyoto] Parakeet and Java sparrow charms at Byodo-ji Temple

Byodo-ji Temple (Inaba-do/Inaba Yakushi) is a temple that sells charms for parakeets and Java sparrows (see photos 4 and 5).

It is said that if you visit the temple, you will be granted the benefit of warding off cancer.

There are also goshuincho (stamp books) for Java sparrows and cats.

This is a temple recommended for those who have pets!
