A hotel near the station with a great breakfast

#KyotoHotel

This time, I booked via Trip.com the REF Kyoto Hachijoguchi by Vessel Hotels, a hotel located right near Kyoto Station.

It's less than a five-minute walk from the Hachijo Exit, which is closest to the Shinkansen platform.

Not only was the station clearly visible from my hotel room, but it was also close to a convenience store and taxi stand, making it an incredibly convenient base for exploring.

And, apologies that more than half of the photos are of food (lol).

After checking in, you're given a welcome drink, which is amazing! It's not just tea, they also have alcohol!

I don't drink alcohol, so I can't really tell you which drinks are delicious, but I definitely recommend you stay and enjoy it!

The tea was also delicious, from a tea shop in Kyoto. ✨
I believe alcohol is served until around 8 PM, but non-alcoholic drinks are served a little later, so the cold tea I had upon returning to the hotel in the heat tasted even better than it should.

And as I mentioned in the title, breakfast was also fantastic.
Although it's a buffet, the breakfast is themed around "wrapping," and includes hand-rolled sushi and rice balls topped with ingredients, giving you a taste of Japanese cuisine.

By the way, the dessert is a crepe, so it's also a "wrapping" dessert!

Of course, for those who don't like vinegared rice, there are also dishes such as regular white rice, bread, sausages, scrambled eggs, salad, etc., so even those who aren't keen on sushi for breakfast can rest assured.

However, the menu is still leaning more towards "wrapping," so those who aren't interested in sushi might want to skip it. There are also restaurants in front of the station and a convenience store near the hotel, so it might be a good idea to get some food there.

The room was relatively spacious, so if you have the chance, I highly recommend staying here and enjoying the various services. I highly recommend it!!
