I went to Ushiro for the first time since I stayed at TSUGU Kyoto Sanjo a while back! ☕️✨
The atmosphere inside the restaurant has changed a bit since then. 😳

I heard from the staff that it's so popular that some people come just for the pudding, so I ordered some pudding and tea. ☺️

A hard-baked, rich pudding with a strong egg flavor. 🤤🍮✨
It's topped with a generous amount of cream!
The pudding flavor really spreads throughout your mouth! It's delicious! ✨
It pairs perfectly with tea! ☺️

Some of the sweets were sold out by the evening, but the shop was relatively empty, allowing for a relaxing time. 🙌

There are both table seats and a counter, so you can come alone or with a group. ☺️👍
It's also great for a quick break. ◎💯✨
