The dumplings here are incredibly chewy and delicious! 😋

These freshly made shiratama dumplings topped with vanilla ice cream are truly exquisite, with the shiratama topped with wasanbon molasses and a generous drizzle of wasanbon sugar.

The staff will prepare your drink right in front of you, making matcha right in front of you! 👏

On the day we visited, they also served a complimentary baby castella cake made in-house, which was subtly sweet and delicious! ✨
