A mountain of Shine Muscat grapes made with a whole bunch of domestic Shine Muscat grapes topped with cute pastillage flowers🌼

A parfait that is the ultimate reward to be able to enjoy such a luxurious amount of sweet and fresh Shine Muscat grapes💗

It's so packed that you wonder how many Shine Muscat grapes there are on top✨️

Inside are:

Homemade vanilla ice cream

Homemade custard

Vanilla espuma

Coconut meringue

Homemade uva sorbet

Nata de coco

901 cider jelly

These layers are really well thought out and it's always delicious no matter where you eat it! The crunchy meringue and slightly bitter uva sorbet are well-balanced, so even though it's a huge portion, you can eat it all without getting bored☺️💕

My favorite nata de coco and cider jelly are delicious all the way to the bottom!

It was a parfait that satisfied both the eyes and the taste buds.

Mascattoyama is available until around mid-November.
